Dog boarding terms and conditions.

 

All bookings either confirmed or pending are subject to Bark Keeper’s terms and conditions. A booking will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Your booking:

1) Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, which is due at the time of booking.

2) Once the booking deposit has been paid to Bark Keeper’s you agree to pay the balance.

3) The deposit is non refundable unless at least 14 days notice is given of cancellation.

4) You agree to sign any forms emailed to you and pay the deposit within 10 days of your booking.

5) All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, worming, tick and flea treatment. You must be able to show a vaccination card at the start of each board. You agree to deliver your dog in a clean condition.

6) The minimum stay is 2 days at the daily rate.

7) Any damages caused by your dog to Bark Keepers property will be paid for by you in full other than reasonable wear and tear.

8) If you collect your dog before the confirmed end date of the board you will not receive a refund.

9) Bank Holidays may incur additional charges which will be advised at the time of booking

10) I will not board aggressive, unruly or untrained dogs.
